You will learn how to peak for important matches and tournaments, how to develop into champions at the state, national, and international level using the McPherson (5) P's: "Proper Preparation Promotes Prime Performance ".

Focus: We develop the total wrestler through the learning by practice method with daily review and repetition. The critical areas of injury prevention, nutrition, mental preparation, running techniques, and peaking are emphasized daily.
